Spare Wheel Lock

Hello.  Does anyone know where I can get a new barrel/cylinder lock for the spare wheel steel ring?  I removed the old one as I had no keys for it.  The latch and everything else remains attached to the steel ring so its just the cylinder lock I am after which I think is attached just by a circlip.
