Remote central locking

Hi,

Wondering if any owners out there have had difficulty installing a car alarm that operates the central locking?

My installer has struggled all day to master this, and has sought advice from installers in England, who have told him to leave it well alone!!

He is still persevering, adding in electrical servos etc. without success.

Any similar experiences or solutions gladly received.

Remote central locking

Hi
I have a 463 which has remote locking alarm and imobiliser, fitted before I bought the ca. It seems to work ok but its a bit of a pain having to swich off the imobiliser before you can start the engine, you piont a little box at the dash and press the button, when the light goes out it will start . But I only have one little box so if it gets lost, Im well and truly stuffed. If it helps I can have a good look at how its fitted when I get home in a couple of weeks.

My G is a 460 model (1989). Therein lies the problem!!

Hopefully getting it back tomorrow, let you know how they got on.
