I've been doing some prevention work on the rear arches of my 461, power washing & rust curing the rusted areas and painting before I retro fit some plastic inner wings  mgrays said he's got some spare and hope to buy them from him when he gets in touch.

I decided to remove the rear lights clean and paint the inside of the housing what a shock I got from the inside of the near side rear light, the seal is broken but it must of been filling up over its 17 years I've now cleaned them out & painted them.

It might be worth looking at your own rear lights its only six screws to remove.

(The pictures are upside down I've tried to right them but it won't work)

Yes Alex

Mine has a hole in both sides isn't it a drain hole? No plugs in. The R/H side only had a bit of muck in I've cleaned them and painted them, have you put grommets in yours?

I thought it must be a drain hole...no other reason for 2 identical holes to be there right ?

my G is currently not with me because its having an engine conversion, i was going to fill the holes with grommets when i get the G back.
