Just a small note that I hope isnt too silly.
I found at halford that their Metalistic exhaust mounts priced a £1 for a pair (the type with rubber in the middle and a thread at either end are exactly the same as the 460 Gs Rad mountings at the bottom. As they are exposed to water they rot easily and allow the rad to wobble free causing stress at the top mounts.
MB charged me £6 each.
Look after the pennies!!!

When replacing parts that are open to weather and all the other corrosive elaments, give them a coat of zinc galvanising spray available from. trucksmartuk@aol.com. about £3.50 a can +post a packing .a can lasts me a whole years offroading i treat all my winch gear and anchors with it& soak the winch cable in it after every event.
