Hi Everyone, This is my first post on this site. I recently bought a 1993 lwb 300ge with an om606 swap that I am now using as my daily driver. Its in pretty good condition overall but I've been looking to do some updates without covering it in bling. So far I've gotten some paint fixed, put on amg style grille and put on newer tail lights. Next up is oval fogs and headlights. I've seen some posts saying that projector lenses can't be fitted without modifying the buckets on pre 94 Gs. My question is whether the Nolden leds can be fit or is modification required. I think these look really well and not as space age as the jw speakers. Has anyone else used them? Any issues to report. I've seen them for sale here with fitting brackets. Is there a cheaper option? https://www.nakatanenga.de/en/lighting/main-beam/1495/nolden-7-zoll-bi-l... Thanks Aidan

They do look very nice.  Hell of a cost though.  How will alignment be done... I am pretty sure you will have to do some fiddling.  Shouldn't Nolden be able to tell you exactly. At that price, they should come and fit :)

Yes they're certainly not cheap! I'll keep looking around and see if I can find them cheaper. I have asked the guys in nakatanga website but they're not sure - just that the've never had complaints! Hopefully someone has experience with them!

Take a look at the JW Speaker ones.   I had these on my 461 until someone literally stole them from my car in the dead of night.  ORC do a fitting kit.  They look good and work well

I was looking at JW speaker too but I prefer the slightly more classic look of these. Managed to find a cheaper supplier in Germany called Luxx (though still not cheap!) and have put in an order. Will update when they go in! Aidan
