New radiator options W463 G300d manual with aircon
The standard 460 radiator must be a time-tested design - there is one factory fitted to my 2012 350CDI.
My 19year old C-class ran consistently cooler after I replaced the radiator as a preventative measure.
Your price of £300 is the best you could get in my opinion. Prices new from Mercedes are £600 plus.
I have not looked at bespoke radiators but in amongst the addresses supplied for you to try there are a few places that will make you a radiator, try them for price.

For a W463 model, note: trying to undo the oil cooler pipe from the radiator has a 50:50 chance of shearing the radiator union that you could end up buying a new radiator.
Make sure have correct large spanners to undo oil cooler connections, and one to brace Union on radiator, you maybe lucky, but my local rad place put my oil cooler unions in acid to dissolve the remains of the threads so did up no problem on new rad. Common issue I think. Mine was a brand new Beru rad, about £360 some years ago.
Northern Radiators are stockists of Hella/Bher at good prices. These are the Mercedes OEM radiators, with the Merecedes star removed.

The alternative Nissen brand are rubbish by comparison. i bought one and had to send it back. Very flimsy by comparison, and was already warped out of the box.

The answer is No. purely for different fittings and the W460 has separate engine oil and, or gearbox oil coolers where as the W463 has them in built to the radiator. If you are bold enough to go ahead to W460 radiator then you will need to make allowances to plumb in separate coolers mentioned above. Not worth the hassle.
If you want to give me your chassis number I think I have a new MB radiator, could do for £275.00 & postage. Its still in the MB box.
