Need Air Intake Tube Pipe For 2003 Mercedes Benz G270

Hi, I can't seem to find this part except online from China or Lithuania, which is fine, but I have heard not to order from those countries unless they are a confirmed source.  I would like to buy it new or used.

The part is Air Intake Tube Pipe For 2003 Mercedes Benz 463 G270.

The official part number is A6120941108 but I am also seeing it as a replacement with these numbers: A6120940608, A6120940508 and A6120940408. 

I have attached a photo of the part from online photos, image from the parts page and the lines from the parts manual are:

I ended up finding a friend in Germany to buy it from the dealer and mail it to me.  I couldn't find a trusted seller online and the dealerships in the UK or Europe wouldn't send it to the USA where my reshipper is.
