Good day.

Been renovating a oldie with only one part left I can not locate. Where does this plastic tubing go. And what is its purpose?

Looks like the tubing for the headlamp adjusters. Not supposed to be cut though, unless like many which no longer working.

I see. Well I need to replace my headlight adjusting system. The lowest screw system is broken.

It works on hydrolic system? Where is the fluid coming from. I could be leaking if its not connected.

yes, it's a sealed hydraulic system (with a blue liquid), which is very unreliable, as the plastic tends to crack and then the fluid leaks out. It is not repairable. If you search, there are some other posts on the forum about the headlight adjusters.

(The pipe may also be the breather-pipe for one of the front fog-lights, but usually those 2 pipes are blue and larger than those for the headlight adjusters)

I checked it out.

Seems like it is the breather pipe. Headlight pipes are in their place.

Phew :)

Thank you.
