Re: My 'Fleet?, for interest

Muy agradable!

Think the one in the middle might need a little TLC though.

I think the one in the middle is a Wolf, I would be quite happy to have that ( and a couple of wings and an engine ).smiley

Yes indeed it is, the C250TD in the background is donating it's engine for the Wolf, coupled to a 722.3 Auto, with an overdrive on the back of it (the gearbox) if I can get it to all fit.

What about Axle's C-Class 6 speed manual solution? Nice for off-roading. Works well with the OM605A.

Thanks Hus, it's a 1994 G320. I drive the '88 460 all the time though...

Re: My 'Fleet?, for interest

Here's the 460 (662a and & 6 speed sprinter 'box) in action @ 52 sec on video. I think I was about the only 'standard' sort of 4x4 to make it up there. (with respect to tires/suspension lifts etc)

Re: My 'Fleet', for interest

At least you did it the proper way and tried to pick a decent line and climb out using some skill rather than driving into the bank flat out and hoping for the best. smiley

Haha, yes but sometimes hoping is the only option!

Hus- very observant, well spotted. When I restored that G, the back pillar for the rear door mounting was a bit rusty, I repaired it but then decided I liked the barn doors.... so, I have  another 460 from 1981 which had the barn doors and was (is in very good shape), and that is now the body on the '88 460 chassis, has the original '88 interior.

Yes great machine, Gravely of America. Sadly they don't make the walk behind 2 wheel tractor any more.
