Met a Bluetec in Yokohama

Had an interesting run in with a cute Japanese gal driving a Bluetec G350. I was minding my own business driving home from work when suddenly a drop dead gorgeous white Bluetec (you thought I was going on about the woman, didn't you?) popped into my mirror. She pulled up next to me at the light, smiled, and then stomped on it when the light changed. Wow, now that was completely against any stereotypical vision anyone would ever have! So of course I had no choice but to follow suite and see how mine performed (first time in the G). Yes, we're still talking about vehicles here. ;-)

I must say I was pretty impressed when the truck hunkered down and shot off the line after her. We took turns (safely) meandering through the other vehicles between the lights and then I popped open the sunroof to wave goodbye as I reached my turn for home. Imagine my surprise when a mile later she pulled in front of me from another side road to turn into her own street not 6 blocks from my home. Oh, oh. ;-)
