Not sure if this is the correct location for this question but here goes anyway.

Having miss laid my application form for renewing my GWOA membership I went to the GWOA website. Filled in the online application form and pressed submit. Result, no form to print.

Went back and printed the full page with my details on. Should suffice. But do I make the cheque payable to David Watkins or GWOA?

Help!

Print and fill the form and send it, together with your £ 25 chaque payable to the GWOA to Davtid Watkins at the address shown on the main GWOA website.

Thanks for the reply Jesus. Try the submit button on the form for yourself though, seems to be something wrong with the link.

It does work ok when you press submit button it mails straight to DW

Correct Greeny, got an e-mail reply to acknowledege my request. I was just expecting to see a printer friendly form after I hit the submit button. Have you bought colour printer cartridges lately!! tight I know!
