Yes I believe they are. If you watch the videos you will find  the name of the company and English text explaining its a joint venture between Germany Algeria and I think the United Arab Emirates.

Fred will be hovering in the back ground,  so hopefully he can summarise the translation of French. Anybody speak Arabic?
