headlamp washer control unti
I'm tracing my headlamp fault and I think it's the wiring to the combination switch, just to prove it without taking the dash to bits I want to check the power at the headlamp washer control unit.
Could anyone advise me the location on my 1981 280?

Not 100% sure but I honestly do believe I have seen this little beast up behind the fuse board !
You need undo the 3screws on the under steering wheel panel. You will see the fuses with a clear plastic lid. Undo the 2screws holding the fuse board in place and wiggle it out from under the flange which retains it. When it drops down you will find the little black box which you seek
