Don't know what you mean - you're obviously not taking into account that full rebuild he mentions --- (new light bulbs, auto transmission fluid, new fuses, new spark plugs, full engine service (could be oil filter as well as new engine oil), new door seals, new window seals.
Wait a minute - I've done most of that to my G. But I call it maintenance/upkeep..
This has moved location, along with the price hike, this was done by Jason Muncaster living in Blackpool, he had it for sale at around 18K to start off with.
