GWOA website was down!

The GWOA Website was down for a week, ending today 25th June 2023.

Apologies.  The Hosting company is IONOS and after more than 10 years of faultless payments, the June monthly payment failed and so within 10 days they blocked access to the site!!  No email request to resolve it.  Not happy at all.

It turned out that the GWOA PayPal payment method had failed and we've put another in place.

So apologies for the interruption to service.  We will be looking to move hosting company/ISP, but it's not so easy because we have a very old Forum of G-Wagen questions and answers and no way to actually port it.  Likely approach is to keep the Forum where it is and create a replacement GWOA site around it, on another ISP.  The Forum will still be at risk from IONOS but the rest of the site will be modernised.

Just FYI.   Thanks for your continued Membership Support that pays the hosting.
