G400 Side exit exhaust

Can anyone confirm that there is a side exit exhaust system or section that will fit and fulfill the MOT requirements for the G400 CDI

I think I have found THE ONE but I would like the soundtrack to match.

The factory  exhaust on the SWB G400 is side exit.

(The Diesel V8 will never sound like a petrol V8.)

I know it will not sound as tuneful but never the less a pleasant growl, will the SWB unit modify?
