Hello hello.

I bought some bigger tyres for my g class. Just wondering what I have to take care of technically in order to optimize the performance, tighten which nuts and bolts? Balance the car? etc...?

Tyres I bought are 265/70/r16

That is the standard size form mid 1990's Gs. They go with r16 x 7.5 J rims

Ok. When I got the car it was on smaller tyres...hmmm.

So No adjustments needed. How frequently do you guys check the wheel system?

Re: G Class 1992 model short / Bigge tyres.

the 265/70 R16 tyre size was introduced with wheel nr.8 (in link below) in about 1994.

If you have fitted these tyres to the nr. 7 wheel (6J x 16 H2), then the tyres may be too wide for these wheels.
