G Air Conditioning

Does any body know when they first started to install factory in-dash air conditioning. I would to find and old G (460) and salvage the Factory air

G Air Conditioning

You may as well check the GWagen history, scrolling down the main page of my website http://mercedesgwagen.galeon.com, but yes it was 1981on ocassion of the first model revision.

However, the aircon has always been an option in the G until 1995 so you'd better check with the car in the scrapyard that it had the aircon.
