I have a timed climate and remote activated pre heater on my 320, the remote key starts the fan running but the FBH won't ignite or run, any ideas???

I had the same issue with my 300. I took the  timer apart and give the contacts a good clean and now all is fine.

These heater does need servicing now and then, I cannot remember the schedule any longer but it is the case of dismantling and servicing to the point of replacing the igniter.

The heaters are; I think reset by its own diagnostic piece of kit.

It is a visit to the local Webasto dealer. It is only DIY if you know what you are doing. Might want to consider undertaking a course  on these heaters your self.

A commercial vehicle dealer or motor home place may be able to service this - get quotes before hand and compare prices.
