Electrics guru in the South?
Can anyone recommend an electrics guru down in the south (west preferably) who would take on my 1992 463?
I am not a whiz on 'eletrics' but out of interest, what is the problem that you have?

Another member has a similar issue on his W463. Your complaints' have arisen a few times and I have not been able to fully answer these.
I am purchasing some time on the Mercedes Benz WIS (workshop information system) to download some much needed information by the club, commonly the W463 electrical wiring diagram, ABS system and diagnosis and few other information.
I propose to do this over the week end so if you could please PM or email me your chassis number as this will help download specific information to your vehicle.
Please note if you have previously furnished chassis number to me whenever or if asked for; I do not store information.
I am changing this practice by storing vehicle details to refer to, for any other future matter to stop this repetitive practice.

Rakesh - do you have time?!
Tach & clock dead. ABS dead. Rear wipe wash washes the front screen. Head lamp wash dead. Radio will not accept code. And most irritating, a very long standing battery flattening situation; there is an earth leak somewhere. I am convinced that the infamous Landrover Specialist had the centre console out at some stage and didn't put back together properly, which he denies of course! All the fuses are good.
