Door window scrapers and sunroof seal
A job I did about a year ago and I'm sure I did investigate possibility of parts from other models without success. The window scrapers are not that expensive from MB - £22.76 each when I bought them. The sunroof seal was quite a lot though.
Fairly easy job replacing both.
Highly recommend doing Arnie's fix for possible water ingress whilst you are doing the window scrapers.

Also make sure you clear out drains from sunroof whilst taking care of the seal there. I used hot soapy water and heavy gauge strimmer line which is both flexible and very unlikely to break off whilst halfway down the tube.
I got mine from Inchcape Oxford.
But that was just exactly 1 year ago so I guess the prices may have changed.

There are some clips that the window scrapers slot into that I was warned usually break or are unserviceable so I bought 10 just in case. Didn't need them as existing clips were all good with no rust and being careful meant old scrapers came out and new ones went in fairly easily.

I used to use roadrange in Liverpool but because they are commercial mb in Milton Keynes have put a stop to it because it's classed as a car (tossers!)
Inchcape of Liverpool only give 10pc off and aren't that helpful
The two places I use now are Mercedes Shrewsbury (Les Briscoe )

MB Watford have quoted me £88.80 inc VAT for the sunroof seal and I seem to remember a price of over £30 each for the window scrapers. I get 5% off being a member of the official Mercedes Club. Which MB dealer did you call out of interest?
