CLASSIFIEDS? G's for SALE?
Hi all,
Is it me?, or has my favourite banner "G's for Sale" disappeared?
Surely this was the best avenue for members and non-members alike to guage the value of their beloveds?
If someone can point me in the right direction, great...if not SURELY we need this back!!

Site has been operating quite quickly for me as of late other than one time when there were about 100 people online at once...but we will keep monitoring it and if need be upgrade.

Hey Martin, about the chat thing... you simply have to press 'enter' after typing a desired message in the box.
There's no list because nobody has put anything up. But if you're really not happy about it then please feel free to contribute by creating a better section.
Hi Admin I go along with Marty ..there is no easy way to post data and pics by clicking the CLASSIFIED window....so if anyone is interested in a 1992 SWB turbo diesel the details are on Pistonheads---- or maybe I have been to long in Ireland !!!!

I am the same as Marty, love a look at what I can't afford or otherwise a look at what I would never buy and in the previous incarnation all was contained in G's for sale section.
Maybe we should look into this and have a featured for sale section from other publications just as others mentioned on the forum that this or that alternative channel contained some interesting G or related topic.
Maybe we are getting old and find change difficult.

You guys like your G-porn ..... What about Max brings the old For sale section and you can always skives throught that one ?? Give a chance to the new classified section to fill itself again and you will have plenty to watch.

would have liked to see the old classifieds as well as recent ones. if possible ofourse.. fredcosse is right on this one. i think the classifides area was the most clicked on topic. if it not possible i would still like to say thanks again for getting the gwoa back on the net, and better than before even if i am still struggling to get used to it..

the old format allowed us to post g-wagens that we saw for sale and comment on price condition and general desirability. The new format does not allow this and I think that this is a mistake, we may well lose a some money by making it free but probably not very much. As an alternative would it be possible to create a section for paid adverts within an open format, they could still be an attractive option if they were say to appear on the home page...just a thought
There is nothing that you could do in the old classifieds section that you can't do in this one. This one actually allows you to do more by linking it to a vehicle that allows you to post more detail, upload larger photos, and upload non-photo documents if required.

Going to see a G this week. Hopefully it will be the business. That said, I've bought several that had been mentioned on this site and I even met Martin through all this !!! C'mon Guys, let's get back to our auld exciting ways.
Now I see some. C'mon lads and lassies, post those Gs for Sale. I'm looking for another... 463 , leather, auto, petrol. Good Spec. So, over to you guys.

sORRY, NOT GETTING THIS AT ALL....
When I click on classifieds, I get invited to buy space??...all I want is a list of cars for sale...as before....
As for chat, No idea......type in the dialogue box...then what? No send button...no nothing....
Hmmmm....not sure how long patience will last for this....I'm sure I'm NOT alone.
