Back door lower repair panel?

I am aware of the repair repro panels and back door skins that can be bought.

My query is, does anyone make a repair panel for the lower lip of the back door at the bottom (about 2-3 inches high) instead of the full panel? The rest of the door is mint so seems a shame to replace the full lot when only this needs doing.
