Back Door look on a W460

Folks

I've taken the spare wheel of my back door. It was the wrong tyre size and I was never going to change a flat on my G anyway. I'm too old for that exertion.  I want to remove the wheel carrier and just have the plain back door look. Anyone know where I can get the 3 grommets or plugs to block off the 3 holes in the back door after removing the wheel support bracket ?

Oh - it's a SWB 460 if that has any influence.

    Derek you could do the same as me as my Hutchinson wheels

​    are so bloody heavy i have a 12v compressor in the back

    of the G and a puncture repair kit

I think the bare look works on the SWB back door but only as long as I don't get a flat.

Derek,

Mine has a similar look. The original owner removed the studs for a flush look and I like it.

I'll be doing the same with a small compressor for fixes in the city and am deciding which will  be my best option for a roof rack when out playing. ; )

Plus, I need to wear out these street tires so that I can put on some proper tires for playing.

Ooh yes that's nice finish on the back door Gandore. I might throw the spare up on to roof rack or convert to run flats depending on ride quality of the run flats. Had them on a BMW before but hated them. Not even sure I can get the size yet.
