Twin doors were standard spec up to 1984 ish, single door was a cost option up to then!!
Not seen many UK spec with twin though, if it is UK spec
Although its got the "Western" Edinburgh sticker in the rear window so looks like an original UK spec

It would appear on authority that its a 1989 build for the Saudi market hence the odd spec interior
