air conditioning
Is air conditioning available on any 280GE models - just looking for another 280GE at the moment and was hoping to get one with air con. Tight budget means that it'll probably not be any newer than, say, 1987. Or does anyone know if it's possible to get it fitted as an aftermarket option and if so what sort of money would I be looking at to do this?

Everything is possible but you are probably looking at the wrong side of two grand..... not worth at all. Better be patient and buy the car with the aircon already installed.
