AGM 2016 - 20th November
Not seen any updates for 20th November?
Just a reminder that this is this Sunday!
Nice outing last year - lots of G Wagens in the ample parking area out front to look at.
The powers that be arranged tea, coffee and nice sandwiches after the formalities (hopefully they will be doing the same this year) and the museum has lots of nice old cars (other models) to have a look around and no charge on the day to GWOA members (again, hopefully this will be same arrangement this year).

The AGM this year will be held on Sunday 20th November back at the The British Motor Museum formerly known as the Heritage Motor Centre at Gaydon, Warwickshire CV35 0BJ.
For the members who visited last year you may recall they were in the process of building a large extension to house many more vehicles. This is now open.

Do not know of schedule but it usually follows a 10:30 hrs for 11:00 hrs meeting start.
There usually is coffee maybe a breakfast bun to tuck into.
The schedule follows two meetings finishing for circa 12:00 hrs to 13:00 hrs.
Cannot say if any nosh will be available; thereafter the time is yours. I noticed a small off road course on site last year - wonder if this is available for the club to use?
That is the general itinerary but don't hold this as gospel unless officially confirmed. I could not find the link which was originally posted.
Please arrive around 10.30. Coffee will be available on arrival and sandwiches around 13.00.
How many will be going?

Well done to the members who attended today. It was good to see you all. Hopefully we will enjoy some drives next year. Good to see Tony today and nice to see his hard work was acknowledged.
