5-speed for my 300/240
hi guys
I just had an OM617 put in my 240GD from 85.
I'd like to get a 5 speed gb. What should I look for?

2 major ways
.. Getrag which is OEM 460 way .. and you can get them out of saloon 190 (?) with wrong ratios. Weak box but more civilised.
.. Steel 5 speed version of the 4 speed you already have which is what the 461 had so is right for a Wolf. Comes from a T1 van, comes in standard and low ratio, and longer so new prop. I cover this here with others;
