463 rear lights wanted
Hi all... I want to upgrade my 460's rear lights to the 463 ones .. I'm not keen on the LED type..
If anyone has upgraded theirs and has their old ones sitting around doing nothing.. I'd like to buy them... I need the entire light clusters with the bulb holders and rubber backing mount.. Only good condition ones please.. Nothing cracked or broken ...

I was looking at these for a 1991 SWB. Before I buy, is there a wiring adaption required to fit these and what is it ?

Hi there... My 460 has a built in reversing lanp in the existing lamp cluster...which on the 463 is in the bumper so its not included in the light cluster ... so a rewire of the reversing lights...plus fitting an auxiliary one is required....
I haven't decided to definitely fit it yet... will decide once i see what it looks like.... if i dont use it... i'll sell it on to someone at the same cost it was to me... should know by next week..
one of my existing light lenses has a crack in it...an MOT failure i believe... so i may have my hand forced so to speak..
Ah.. yes yours is a W460 - I see the difference now. Mine is a W463 so should be straight on. Unfortunately, I have exactly same problem - both back light covers are cracked and will fail MOT unless replaced.
Good look with your new purchase though - very shiny. Looks well.

Many thanks... Just found a pair of brand new ones for £ 95 on EBay MB want £145 each plus VAT.. Ordered them.( off eBay). They are the 2007 ones look super cool.. I realise my wiring will need adapting but that's ok.. We should call our classified section G-bay on here!!
