300 GE diff making noise

Hello,

This summer, I've bought a mercedes 300GE SWB 1990 with a manual gearbox.
When the diff has traction, it starts making a singing noise at 70-80 km/h.
I've remounted the front driveshaft and the noise was gone. 
Does anyone had this problem already? Or does anyone know what I have to do?

How many Km  are on the clock?

Is the problem only with the front diff?

It may be a problem with the pinion gear bearing.

244000 km's on the clock. 
I thinks it's only the front diff.

Well, I would start with the bearing on the input-shaft.
