headlining

Hi all
Having used and abused my 230GE for it's proper use.,(not any more she's 26 this month) ie carting all sorts including rolls of fencing?? I now need to replace the headlining!! Originally it must have had a sun roof or something in, but now has, I think an aluminium plate fixed in to the roof, Original colour of G was brown but when I bought it 3 years ago it had had a respray to Black although still with brown interior.
1 ) Where can I find a headlining 2) How hard to replace 3) will the sunroof botch be a problem or would I be better to get a replacement before I re do headlining?
If I was in UK I would get a proffesional in BUT where I am??
