hydrolic valves

Has anybody done or thought of swapping the head on a 280GE with one off a 280SE or E. Mine is a little rattley though i could live with it for a while. tried to adjust the other day but couldn't get adjusters to budge!! Read in one of the posts that even after you adjust them, they're rattling away a few weeks down the line, so maybe the solutuion is to swap a head with hydrolic lifters....? any ideas? anyone? its the same engine afterall and i would guess or hope that the oilways are already there... Off to France for a couple of days in my G, still waiting on news about this morroco trip... quick before i spend my money!!!! looking for a roofrack and winch bumper, so any help appreciated...
