As many of you know, the engine on my W463 300GE stopped recently. Thanks to many on here I eventually sorted the problem out by replacing the fuel pump relay. But before getting there I also replaced the distributor cap and rotor arm.

What with having to wait for parts to arrive that meant being without my G for almost two weeks.

How could I cut this time down??? frown

Simple when you think about it - I need a second G Wagon!!!! Then I could have just switched over parts until the solution was found. Could have solved this mystery in about 20 minutes. enlightened

It's so obvious I'm sure my wife will see the sense in it. After all, I would have saved the cost of the distributor cap and rotor arm.
