OM606 W210 engine swap

I am looking to change my 2.8 litre petrol engine in my 1982 W460 for a 3 litre OM606 TD from a W210 auto estate. What needs to be changed and what problems should I expect apart from fitting a mechanical injection pump and a sump change. I have been told that a sump and oil pump from a 648 engine will sort that area is that correct? Also I have been told that the 606 won't mate up with the standard 460 auto box? Can anyway advise on these matters? Regards Gary
