6 speed gearbox
as a slightly left field alternative to LPG argument would it be possible to fit a 6 speed gearbox, improving the economy without losing the space or having the risk of engine damage that gas entails. The 6 speed box that immediately springs to mind is that fitted to the Audi S2 in the early 1990's
